Golang Job: Engineering Manager

Salary: £120,000 + healthcare, life insurance working.

1-2 Days a week in the office per week.

My client, a growing software house focussed on helping build personal finance for their customer ar looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their established engineering department whilst assisting the CTO with company roadmap and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have come from a development background with experience hands on coding in a JVM language such as Java, Python, Golang or Kotlin.

You will be joining the company during an exciting time of growth for the company. They have recently recieved a large amount of VC funding which they are pumping into their tech team!

Role

• Helping with Delivery Process and people management heavy/Agile Coach
• Overseeing the development of their Java engineers.
• Working with Engineers, Product, Data Analysts and Data Scientists
• Managing 1x Front End Developer and 5x Backend Developers
• Be integral in the moving the strategy of the business forwards.
